The Notary has the complex role to exercise a public function of the Italian state under a professional form.

The cost of a Notary Public document includes taxes which the Studio collects for the Italian state, expenses held at public administration offices for the preparation and drawing up of the deed and all the subsequent fulfilments plus the fee due to the Notary.
